Jeff Foulk grew up boating on the Chesapeake Bay where he enjoyed discovering the bay’s many inlets and coves on his 22’ Grady White. In 2019, Jeff formed Argo Navigation and developed a free marine navigation app, Argo, giving boaters the ability to easily route to new destinations, share local knowledge, and connect with other boaters. It has become very popular, particularly among new boaters, quickly amassing nearly 1 million downloads. Jeff currently lives in Havre de Grace, MD.
